IMPORTANT:

• CUSTOMS TAKES UP TO 5 WEEKS TO BE PRODUCED FROM SCRATCH. PLEASE CALCULATE 5 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED, BEFORE INQUIRING ON YOUR CUSTOM. IF THIS TIME HAS PASSED, WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS WITH OUR FACTORY AND RESPOND TO YOUR INQUIRY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.
• CUSTOMS INCLUDE CUSTOM NAMES, AS WELL AS INITIALS. INITIAL PENDANTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER, AND MADE FROM SCRATCH AS WELL. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR ALL CUSTOM NAMES AND INITIALS.
•    CUSTOMS TAKE TIME, AND WE TRULY BELIEVE IN NOT RUSHING THIS PROCESS, SO YOU AND YOUR CHILD CAN LOVE YOUR PIECES.

• Please check your order summary and order confirmation as we cannot make changes or cancel orders, once the order is placed.
• If you type the name in ALL CAPITAL letters, it will be made that way. Please make sure this is what you want, especially when choosing a script font. It becomes hard to read in all capital script.
• **If you enter more letters in the box than paid for your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.**
• No cancellations, No returns, refunds or exchanges for customs
• If there is an issue with your custom, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us with pictures of the issue, your invoice and your order number.
• ORDERS ARE SENT AS ONE PACKAGE, UNLESS SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. 
• Please read care instructions! Our jewelry is costume jewelry, using metals and stainless steel. It is more fragile than gold or silver, and requires extra care for longevity. 
• Tracking is sent upon completion, after your 5 week process.
